Most contractors know their process is undocumented somewhere between "the people who've been here ten years" and "whatever the last hire figured out on their own." This session treats that gap as solvable, not permanent — using AI as a tool to capture what's already happening on the ground, turn it into something a team can actually maintain, and use it to spot where the work is losing time.

It's a working session, not a demo reel. The goal is a repeatable method your team can pick up and run without Steel Toe in the room.
